Monthly bookkeeping services are $1500 per month. This is a bargain for start up companies who have limited resources but benefit greatly with insights from a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) and EA (Enrolled Agent with the IRS). Monthly bookkeeping is done using QuickBooks Online. You are responsible for your QuickBooks subscription fee.

QuickBooks Online does offer this for an added charge. Additionally, I can help you prepare and file them for an additional fee that depends on the number of additional schedules that are needed.

If I add you to my QuickBooks Online books, will I still have access to my financial information?

Absolutely! As a client of mine you reserve all right to remove me from your books as you need to.

What does monthly bookkeeping include?

Provided all of your financial accounts are connected to QuickBooks, I will categorize all your transactions during the month. I will provide you with a monthly P&L and Balance Sheet. I will work with you to ensure transactions are categorized to your preferences.
